Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be new and the product packaging must remain unopened. The return request must be made within 30 days from the date the order was delivered. Items that have been opened, used, materially altered, or returned with missing kit components do not qualify for a refund under this policy.
Starting a return
Contact support@mastermindtoy.shop before sending an item back. Include the order number, the item being returned, and the reason for the request. We will provide the applicable return instructions and the current return address. Returns sent without sufficient order information may take longer to identify and process.
Condition and packaging
Please protect the original product packaging during return shipping and include all components that were supplied with the item. Missing kit items or opened items will not qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for packaging a return so that it is not damaged in transit.
Refund processing
After the returned package is received and inspected, the refund process may take up to 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued through the applicable original payment method when available. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the credit becomes visible on your account.
Wrong or damaged items
If you received an incorrect item or an item that arrived damaged, contact us before returning it so the issue can be reviewed separately from a standard change-of-mind return.
